Oncopression is an integrated gene expression profile focused on cancer and their matched normal using single sample normalization
method UPC.
Oncopression uses public microarray data in Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO)
and ArrayExpress (AE) of platform
Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array (GPL570
in GEO and A-AFFY-44 in AE) and their custom CDFs.
All sample information such as tumor stage and grade are based on the original annotation in GEO and AE. There are > 3,000 normal
